❶ What do you enjoy most about your role?
Each project is unique and comes with its own challenges and required skillsets. One day you could be creating a strategy for a national governing body, the next you could be supporting the delivery of a major event. The varied nature of the role is what makes it exciting!
❷ What was the greatest project experience you had so far?
Supporting the Saudi Equestrian Federation in delivering the 2024 World Cup Finals has been a rewarding experience and it’s fascinating to see the years of preparation that goes into making such an event happen.
❸ What makes working in the sports sector exciting for you?
I think it's about being able to see the tangible output of the work you put in. Whether it’s a national strategy enabling more people to participate in sport, an exciting international event coming to fruition or a sports network being launched across the region, we can visibly see the impact our work has on the sports ecosystem.
